Project Manager

Are you a seasoned roofing and siding professional ready to take your skills to the next level? We’re hiring a full-time Project Manager to join our team, serving customers throughout Lake, Porter, Jasper, Newton, and parts of South Suburbs of Cook County, IL

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
• Occasional Saturday work (only when needed)

Responsibilities

• Oversees all jobs assigned to after sale
• Manage Crews/subs
• Tracks schedules, job progress, punch lists
• Reports progress/issues to Production Coordinator or GM

Qualifications

• 3- 5+ years of experience in roofing or siding repair
• Valid Indiana driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work at various roof pitches, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong customer communication and diagnostic skills
• Reliability and willingness to work longer days in summer ( daylight)
• Bilingual a plus
